CPI: es necesario fortalecer la Corte en su 20º aniversario

Los países miembros deberían aumentar sus esfuerzos para promover la justicia

(Nueva York, 16 de julio de 2018) – Los países miembros de la Corte Penal Internacional (CPI) deberían aumentar su apoyo a la corte frente a los crecientes desafíos para la administración de la justicia, dijo hoy Human Rights Watch. El tratado de fundación del tribunal, el Estatuto de Roma, fue adoptado hace 20 años el 17 de julio de 1998.

Human Rights Watch y Amnistía Internacional han publicado un video sobre las razones por las cuales la CPI es relevante hoy para una nueva generación de estudiantes de derecho en todo el mundo.
